Whether hosting an Event at COPIA...on the Boulevard or creating a personal espresso bar with V.I.P. Espresso Catering or providing Wine & Beer bar tending service,

our goal is to Enhance your Very Important Parties.

We have been in the Espresso business since 1990. We started out with an Espresso Bar & Art Gallery in Bellingham WA. While operating Mokka's we won the Mayor's Arts Award for our contribution to re-developing downtown Bellingham. After relocating to the Skagit Valley we became enamored with the concept of Espresso Catering, going to the party!

We have have provided Espresso service for Weddings, Corporate events, Open Houses, Grand Openings, Employee Appreciation Day, Safety Meetings, Teacher Appreciation Days, Christmas Parties, Corporate Gifting, Trade Shows, Fundraisers. We have worked in venues of all kinds such as Cruise terminals, banks, warehouses, private homes, airports, schools, hospitals, labs, indoors and outdoors. We are flexible and can accommodate intimate to large gatherings.

As active members of our community we also donate our services to help support organizations that benefit

the community.

We headquarter our offices and commissary at COPIA...on the Boulevard in Burlington WA. It is a unique and intimate Boutique Events Center that can be rented for Business events,Leadership Retreats, trainings, private social gatherings. We can provide food catering and of course Espresso beverages.
